This car FFR4023K was originally built for Bob Neel, we bought the car back from Bob and it was Jeff’s personal car until Terry came and bought it. In 2007 Terry sold it to Kelly Foster of Utah. we spoke to Kelly on 3/29/10 and he is still enjoying the car today in Utah’s high country.
